I didn't get my SplitEase verification code
SplitEase signs you in with a 6-digit code sent by SMS to your phone number.
Steps
- Check that the number on screen is right. If it isn't, tap Change and enter it again.
- Wait a minute. Messages can be delayed by your network.
- Tap Didn't get it?. After 60 seconds, Resend now becomes available. Tap it to get a new code.
- Make sure your phone has signal and isn't blocking messages from unknown senders.
After too many attempts you will be asked to wait a few minutes before trying again.
